The salesperson exam comprises 120 total questions, 80 on the national portion and 40 on the state-specific portion. Correctly answer at least 75% of the total questions in the national and state portions to pass.
The broker exam comprises 140 total questions, 80 on the national portion and 60 on the state-specific portion. Correctly answer at least 75% of the total questions of each portion to pass.
At the end of the examination, your score will appear on the screen, and a score report will be sent to your email.
You have a total of four hours to complete the examination.
Candidates are required to provide two (2) forms of current signature identification. The name on the identification must precisely match the name on the registration. The primary ID must be government-issued, include a photo, and bear a signature. The secondary ID must also include a valid signature. All identification must be in English.
You will receive scratch paper and a pencil for use during the exam. These must be returned when you check out.
A basic (non-scientific) calculator is also permitted.
The exam is administered on a computer and consists of multiple-choice questions.
