The national portion of the salesperson and broker real estate exams contains the following topics:
The national broker exam includes 90 questions, and you need to score 75 points to pass that portion of the exam. The state portion of the broker exam is administered by the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR) as part of the initial application process.
